I once followed the path of higher education and the corporate world. But my heart yearned for something more flavorful.

So, I embarked on a culinary adventure that took me from coast to coast and across oceans. What did I find? A world of low pay, towering egos, and surprisingly little culinary finesse.

Back to Reality:

Bills don’t pay themselves, and dreams don’t always come with a paycheck. “Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more,” I said, returning to the corporate grind.

Embracing Simplicity:

But age has a way of simplifying things. It was time to K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Silly) and find happiness in the basics.
